OUR ETHOS
Whether focussed on joint or mobility issues, an injury, back pain, post-surgical challenges or managing chronic or acute conditions, it goes without saying that clinical excellence is at the forefront of everything we do.
This ethos runs as much through our physio-led Pilates, Barre classes, and Massage treatments as it does in our physiotherapy sessions. Our team is focussed on repairing, building, and supporting you –not just today but for as long as you need to thrive; Never just patching you up and sending you on your way but giving you strategies to manage your body well wherever you may be in the world.
“There is always such a joyful atmosphere and the quality of teaching and facilities is outstanding. Whenever I speak to others who do Pilates in London or even around the world, I’m convinced we receive a world class experience not least as the instructors are so knowledgeable but small classes mean it feels very personal to me and my specific ability and needs.”
MEET YOUR TEAM
Without exception our team are warm, empathetic human beings, whether it’s front of house where we are focussed on ensuring you are happy and looked after beyond usual expectations throughout your journey with us, or backstage where our clinical team looks after your physical needs.
“I always know I am in safe hands with each and every team member at CorefitPhysio. There is genuine care and interest in my wellbeing at every interaction, from front desk through to physio and classes. Reformer classes are carefully tailored and fun as well as challenging for all levels. Fellow ‘reformees’ are friendly and welcoming, contributing to a really supportive atmosphere. As a competitive dressage rider in my mid-forties, I’ve been happy to discover that my balance, strength and suppleness in the saddle are better than ever since integrating twice-weekly reformer classes!”
Put simply, this is a lovely team… our clients regularly tell us – so we know it’s true!
