Yasmin Lundh
Yasmin qualified with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Liverpool
Yasmin worked within the NHS for a year and a half gaining broad experience across both outpatient and inpatient settings, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal, post-operative and rehabilitation patients.
After travelling for six months, Yasmin returned with a passion for movement and Pilates, leading her to Corefitphysio. She now combines her musculoskeletal NHS work with private practice, delivering evidence-based physiotherapy, machine-based pilates privates and duos and energising Matwork and Reformer Pilates classes.
Yasmin has a keen interest in sporting injuries, acute and chronic conditions, and supporting people to move confidently and independently. She particularly enjoys helping active individuals return to sport, build strength, and prevent future injury.
“I have been coming to Corefitphysio for physiotherapy. Yasmin has been excellent at resolving a lot of long-standing issues regarding my back and right side posture.”
In her spare time she plays netball, runs, and does gymnastics as well as planning her next trip away!
