For individuals, partners, family, or friends, our retreats are about providing the perfect place and time to enjoy your own beautiful balance of the good things in life: bespoke exercise taught well, deeply relaxing and therapeutic massage, beautiful sunshine, delicious food and a calming sanctum to rest in. There is time to head out and explore, tasty tipples, a culturally rich historic location, stunning beaches, breath taking views, plenty of outdoor activity choices, time alone, time to socialise with like-minded humans and time to relax or restore balance.

Led by our Founder and Clinical Lead, Helen Curzon, we place high value on providing bespoke exercise and experiences suited to each individual and therefore keep numbers low – a maximum of 12 people per week.

All Pilates sessions are run by our Senior Physiotherapy team and are both tailored and accessible to all. They are not exclusive to the uber fit, ultra-young or super virtuous, but aim to improve your current strength and mobility by focussing on your needs, wellbeing and fitness goals.

What’s included?

Each retreat is for 5 days and 4 nights, with Pilates on a twice daily basis instructed by our clinical lead or a senior physiotherapist. All Breakfasts and one 3-course evening meal is included along with a glorious Mallorcan lunch. On the day of the lunch we work up our appetites with an hike, bike or an activity suited to the group and on our last day head to the beach for sunrise Pilates. During the course of the retreat you will experience a 30-min Physiotherapy appointment to discuss and treat any issues and at the end of the retreat you will be provided with a post retreat bespoke exercise plan. In your own time book you are free to book a massage with our specialist, rent paddle boards, hire bikes or explore the island at your leisure.
