REFORMER/MACHINE PILATES CLOSED SESSIONS
If you have a tribe of like-minded or similarly motivated friends that you would like to enjoy Reformer/Machine Pilates sessions with, then a closed private session (up to 6 people) may be a great option for you. This may be a Reformer Pilates session or a combined circuit of Cadillac, Wunderchair, and Reformer depending on how you would like to work and what you want to individually and collectively achieve. Perhaps you’re preparing for a sports event together, or starting a fitness and wellbeing journey? Maybe you are a group of expectant mothers or you’re just great friends who, as the advert said ‘Just want to be together’. Our team can tailor sessions to suit you all, ensuring that each gets exactly what they need, challenging muscles from head to toe and focusing on great technique, flexibility, strength, coordination, and balance… as well as having a little fun along the way.
If you are new to us, your journey will start with a Physical Baseline Assessment where we will take a history of your condition, look at your movement, using Pilates exercises and to assess you as well giving you a brief introduction to machine-based Pilates. We will explain our findings and give you a small selection of home exercises to get you going in preparation for your first closed session.
MACHINE PILATES CIRCUITS
Machine Pilates Circuits is a dynamic and cerebrally engaging circuit of Cadillac, Wunderchair, and Reformer Pilates. Typically taken as a closed group session (up to 6 people), we structure each session based on how you would like to work and what you want to individually and collectively achieve.
You will be guided through the three pieces of equipment, performing a series of safe high-intensity but low-impact exercises and progressions designed to challenge you but be gentle on the joints. Our physio team ensures you work with excellent form and technique, challenging muscles from head to toe and focus on flexibility, strength, coordination, and balance as well as individual goals.
This type of session is suitable for all fitness levels and ages.
