Rachelle Brown

Rachelle studied her first degree in Psychology at Keele University. She also has a Physiotherapy degree from Brighton and has extensive experience in the NHS and private settings in a variety of disciplines before specialising in musculoskeletal outpatients.

Rachelle studied her first degree in psychology at Keele University. It was there that she realised a passion for promoting physical health and mental well-being through exercise. She went on to study Physiotherapy at the University of Brighton, graduating in 2009. Following that, Rachelle worked at St Georges NHS University Hospital and various other private and NHS settings gaining experience in a variety of disciplines before specialising in musculoskeletal outpatients.

Rachelle’s areas of specialist expertise include Women’s Health, an area of Physiotherapy treating all problems relating to the pelvis and pelvic floor, focussing on Women through life changes from teenage years to the pregnant and postnatal period, and into the post-menopausal stage as well as specialist expertise in orthopaedics and hand therapy.

Rachelle has broaden her expertise in Men’s health to treat physical conditions affecting the pelvis, urogenital and bowel systems.

Rachelle has been a great asset to CorefitPhysio and its clients for over a decade, leading Reformer Pilates sessions, pre/post-natal Pilates, and delivering beautifully crafted sessions for groups, individuals, or duos.

Her careful and highly personalised approach to patient care, calm, pragmatic demeanour and skilfully tailored treatment plans allow patients to not only recover well but regain control of their physical health with new confidence.

In her spare time, you can find her exercising her passion for all things equine, spending quality time and creating special memories with her young family.
