WELLBEING THROUGH MENOPAUSE
Our recent ‘Wellbeing through Menopause’ workshop morning saw a wonderful coming together of our expert professional partners and our specialist team. Our principal aim was to provide guidance, resources, and practical options to help women navigate a positive path through menopause and beyond. Every attendee received a 15-minute introductory session from each of our partners with plenty of time for questions throughout the morning. A fantastic morning with great energy all around.
This event brought to a close our ‘Healthy Bone, Happy Hormones & Metabolic Boost’ series led by our Founder and Clinical Lead Helen Curzon in collaboration with Dr. Anisha Patel, client, friend of CorefitPhysio, and author of ‘Everything you hoped you’d never need to know about bowel cancer’.
