PHYSIOTHERAPY
- Physiotherapy Assessment – Expert Biomechanical (Full Body/Long-term conditions/ Stretch and Mobility/ Pre-Travel and Sports MOTS) and Physical Baseline assessments
- We ASSESS, DIAGNOSE & TREAT a broad spectrum of conditions and challenges and offer expert support for conditions including:
- Prehab & Rehab – pre and post-surgical support
- Acute Pain – typically sudden onset pain causing swelling and/or movement restrictions. E.g disc prolapse, muscle strain/pull/tears, ankle or knee ligament pain.
- Chronic Conditions – specialist physio-led support and treatment of Neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, Stroke and Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and Progressive chronic musculoskeletal, autoimmune, vestibular, genetic, cardiac, chronic stress-related, and inflammatory conditions including: Osteoporosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Cancer (during and post-treatment), Cardiac rehabilitation, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Chronic Regional pain syndrome (CRPS), Post-Covid/Viral Fatigue, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) and Musculoskeletal problems caused by chronic stress)
- Women’s Health Physiotherapy and Pilates – a specialist area of Physiotherapy treating all problems relating to the pelvis and pelvic floor
- Pre-natal Physio and Pilates / Postnatal Physio and Pilates
- Back pain management
- Hand and wrist pain management
- Hypermobility management
- Scoliosis management
- Adolescent and children’s musculoskeletal Physio
GROUP REFORMER / MACHINEÂ PILATES, DYNAMIC MATWORK & BARRE
- Group Reformer Pilates sessions – Over 25 per week
- Studio classes – Dynamic Matwork Pilates & Barre classes
- Private, Duo, Trio and closed group (up to 6) Machine-based Pilates sessions
- Manual treatment sessions including Physio, Clinical Massage, and expert Acupuncture
- Sports-specific Pilates sessions – Reformer/ Machine and Dynamic Matwork
- Adolescent and children’s musculoskeletal Pilates
- Rehabilitation Group Reformer – Closed group, Semi-private, Duo, and Private Machine-based Pilates

- Expert Clinical, Sports/Deep tissue, Ayurvedic, Hot Stone massage (30/60 or 90 minutes)
