A full body workout.
Here your physio will guide you through a flow of exercises giving adaptations for different levels/injuries as she goes.
In this session you will be able to hear and see your physio. but she will not be watching or correcting you personally. It is important to stop as you would in an exercise class if an exercise feels uncomfortable on your body. If you need more feedback when you exercise, are managing an injury for which you do not know the adaptations or are in acute pain the 3:1 interactive class would be a better bet.
This class is open to clients who have been assessed fully by a Corefitphysio practitioner. Your physio will prepare the class based on who is booked in and their needs.
