Two different pathway options for ‘In-Clinic’ sessions 

Our reformer studio will be running in-line with government directives for a bespoke gym. Separate entrance, screening prior to entrance, social distancing of 1+m throughout visit and between reformer stations, no equipment sharing, good ventilation and gold standard cleanliness protocols. Reformer based privates, duo’s and 5:1 classes are available in this space. Because of the layout of our space, clients are not required to wear masks or gloves but are free to do so.

Our clinic pathway incorporates all our manual treatments, massage, initial assessments, and exercise sessions which require the practitioner to be near or in contact with the client. Here screening prior to entrance is done and the highest level of PPE is upheld by practitioners. Clients attending these sessions are asked to kindly wear a mask throughout their visit and may be asked to wear provided gloves for all or part of their session. This pathway may be preferable for those who would like to return to exercise but have been shielding up till this point.
