Danni has broad and varied extra-curricular accomplishments that place her in excellent stead to help and understand our clients. She has played in the National Youth Orchestra and as an 18-year-old completed her BCU Kayak coach qualification. Whilst studying for her MSc degree she completed Fitness Instructor and Personal Training qualifications and later her APPI Matwork and Equipment Pilates certification. Danni has also completed specific Pre and Postnatal Exercise training which she applies to the treatment of our expecting and new-mum clients.

Danni believes in applying herself ‘100% to everything’ she does and feels this has allowed her to achieve highly, both academically, and in her personal achievements and in reaching great outcomes for clients.

”I see Danni once a week to prevent injury relapse and stay strong. She understands my body and creates perfect exercise sessions for me that challenge me physically and keep me strong, but don’t compromise me.”

“Danni helped my son enormously. Thank you!”
